This policy covers TuneFable’s website and mobile app. Contact us through tunefable.com/contact for privacy questions or requests.

Accounts and content

We store your account name, email address and, if you use password sign-in, a protected password hash to authenticate you. If you choose Google sign-in on the website, Google provides your account identifier, name, email address, email verification status and profile photo. We store this information to create or connect your TuneFable account and authenticate you, along with encrypted OAuth tokens. Google account information is not used for advertising or sent to our music provider; Google sign-in does not give TuneFable your Google password. Your saved stories, lyrics, language and musical choices are stored on our servers to create songs. Generated audio is stored privately and authenticated access is limited to your account. Files you download or share leave this private library and are controlled by you and the destination you choose.

AI processing and service providers

When you choose to generate lyrics or music on the website, we send your story, lyrics, language and musical choices to ElevenLabs to fulfil that request. The website explains this beside the generation controls without a separate permission popup. The mobile app asks for permission before sharing. This can include names and personal details you choose to enter. You can keep writing and editing without AI generation. Do not submit sensitive information or another person’s details without permission. ElevenLabs processes these inputs under its own privacy policy at elevenlabs.io/privacy-policy. Our hosting, database and storage providers process information to operate the service.

Purchases and support

Apple or Google handles in-app purchases; Stripe handles website checkout. We retain subscription and transaction identifiers, entitlement status and a credit ledger to provide purchases, prevent duplicate grants and handle refunds or disputes. We do not receive full payment-card numbers. Support forms collect your name, email and message so we can respond to your request.

Retention, deletion and your choices

Server drafts expire seven days after their last save. Songs remain until you delete them or your account. In the mobile app, open Profile → Delete account to request permanent deletion. Access is revoked immediately; a background worker removes associated drafts and audio, normally after a 15-minute safety delay for active generation. Storage failures are retried. Limited payment records and an opaque deletion identifier remain for subscription reconciliation, fraud prevention and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Provider-held information follows that provider’s retention rules. Contact support to request access, correction or help with deletion. Account deletion does not cancel store subscriptions; manage those in your store account.

Website analytics and device storage

The website uses session cookies and local storage for sign-in, drafts and preferences. Google Analytics on the website measures visits, signup and login, song creation and playback, public campaign labels and public search/social referral sources using analytics cookies. Verified website checkout events include the plan, currency, paid amount excluding tax and an opaque transaction identifier to prevent duplicate reporting. Advertising features are disabled, and our analytics events do not send account IDs, names, emails, stories, lyrics, private song URLs, payment receipts or card details. Browser-local records help match queued songs to completion and prevent duplicate events. You can disable website analytics below. The native mobile app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to measure onboarding, screens, song creation, playback, sharing actions and subscription activity. Firebase processes an app installation identifier, device/app information and approximate location derived from network information. Our custom events do not include account IDs, names, emails, stories, lyrics, audio, passwords or payment receipts. Advertising identifiers and advertising personalization are disabled. You can turn off mobile usage analytics in Account settings. It stores a session credential securely and a local draft on your device; deletion clears that account’s local draft and cached audio.
