TERMS · UPDATED 5 OCTOBER 2026

Using TuneFable.

TuneFable helps you turn stories and lyrics into AI-generated songs. These terms apply to the website and mobile app. For assistance, use tunefable.com/contact.

Your account and content

Keep your account credentials secure. Only submit content you have the right and permission to use. Do not submit unlawful, abusive or exploitative content, infringe copyright, impersonate artists or misuse another person’s identity. Your songs are private unless you download or share them. You are responsible for what you submit and where you share the results.

AI generation

ElevenLabs processes the story, lyrics and musical choices you authorize us to share. AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable, including pronunciation and language mistakes. Review generated lyrics and audio before using them. Generation time varies and a request can fail or be refused. We do not promise a particular voice, artist imitation or exact musical result.

Subscriptions and credits

Audio generation requires an active subscription and sufficient credits. The purchase screen displays the current price, billing period and credit allowance. A 30-second song uses 1 credit and a two-minute song uses 4. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the purchasing store or the website billing portal. Weekly and monthly credit allowances reset at each paid renewal; unused credits do not roll over. Deleting the app or your TuneFable account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Website and store billing are managed by their respective payment providers.

Output rights and platform terms

Generated music is subject to the rights granted by the ElevenLabs plan used to produce it. TuneFable does not promise exclusive ownership, clearance of third-party rights, broadcast rights or distribution to streaming stores. Contact us before uses that require additional licensing. Apple’s standard licensed application terms apply to the iOS app at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These service terms do not remove rights you have under applicable law.

Deletion, failures and support

You can delete songs or request account deletion from your mobile profile. Failed generation releases reserved credits when no usable audio is stored; a completed song consumes credits even if the result differs from your expectations. Refund requests follow the purchasing provider’s process and applicable law. We may restrict abusive use and may update the service or these terms. Contact support through tunefable.com/contact.
