Credits and cancellations.
Subscriptions are charged by Stripe. Credits expire at renewal and do not roll over. Cancel anytime in the customer portal; access lasts through the paid period.
Credits
Credits are granted after Stripe confirms a paid invoice. They expire at renewal and do not roll over. A finished song spends credits even if you later dislike the result.
Failed jobs
If generation fails before usable audio is stored, the reservation is released. Jobs are not retried automatically.
Cancellation
Cancel in the Stripe customer portal. Access continues through the paid period. Remaining credits expire when the period ends.
Live refunds
Refund requests and chargebacks are handled through Stripe. Used credits for a finished song are not returned because you dislike the result.
